Triple Private Equity has finalised its acquisition of Legal Benchmarking Group – the established provider of leading data and insights for law firms globally, providing law firm rankings and data to practitioners across four specialist legal brands: IFLR, Benchmark Litigation, ITR and Managing IP.
The acquisition represents the second investment made by Triple’s inaugural fund, which invests in mission-critical B2B software and data across financial infrastructure and risk and compliance.
Triple is excited to continue the collaboration with Tom St Denis and the rest of the Legal Benchmarking Group team to deliver on the business’ next stage of growth.
