Delinian’s legal brands division appoints head of marketing

Katy Welch will oversee a multidisciplinary team focused on customer engagement, lead generation and other marketing functions

Seasoned marketer Katy Welch has joined the legal brands division of Delinian as head of marketing based in London.

With over 12 years’ experience in business-to-business roles, Welch brings a wealth of expertise and will lead a team focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and enhancing brand recognition.

She makes the cross-company switch from Delinian’s global marketing team where she was responsible for all benchmarking products across its NextGen portfolio of information services brands.

Welch’s hire comes just six months after Euromoney Institutional Investor was rebranded as Delinian following the company’s acquisition by two private equity companies, Astorg and Epiris.

Delinian’s legal brands division includes the established titles Managing IP, International Tax Review and International Financial Law Review as well as their affiliated research and accreditation offerings.

Reporting directly to the managing director, Tom St Denis, Welch will sit on the senior leadership team alongside the heads of sales, research and editorial functions.
